The Orange Namaqualand Daisy (Dimorphotheca sinuata) is even more popular than its white counterpart, again producing magnificent displays in garden and home. This species can also grow in sandy soils in southern Namibia, found in the central Orange River region, Fish River Canyon extending north to Aus.
Their large orange to yellow flowers are the main drawcard, complimented by lobed leaves. They too attract bees, insects and butterflies, are frost hardy and require full sunshine and medium watering. Flowering time is from July to mid-September.
