Comb toothed nereid
Introduction: Comb-toothed nereids (Platynereis dumerilii) can be found in seaweeds on rocky shores.
Distribution: Orange River mouth north to Luderitz and Walvis Bay and Swakopmund.
Diet: Herbivorous
Colouration: Brown
Breeding: Heads for the water when spawning when the body automatically improves it's swimming ability.
Max size: 45mm
