Introduction: Male Fuelleborn's Spectacular (Zygonoides fuelleborni) perch on trees by sections of fast-moving rivers and at rapids. They are often confused with Ringed Cascaders but the former perch at the water and the latter permanently patrol rapids.
Distribution: Epupa Falls, Kunene River, Rundu, Kavango River, Kwando and Zambezi Rivers.
Colouration: Yellow patches on the abdomen, small yellow spots on the sides of the thorax, dark greenish eyes.
Breeding: Excuviae are usually found at the trees by the water's edge.
Flight season: Between November and March and May.
Conservation: Not threatened.
