The Pale Sand Catlet is known for its pale colouration.

Pale sand catlet

Introduction: The pale sand catlet (Zaireichthys pallidu) is quite unique in its lack of markings.

Diet: In its natural habitat, the pale sand catlet feeds on a variety of small invertebrates, including mayfly nymphs and caddis fly larvae.

Size: The pale sand catlet typically grows to a length of about 2.5 cm, making it a small-sized fish.
